ET STRAW STADIUM RENTAL INFORMATION

1. Your group is required to upload the your Certificate of insurance - (Mount St. Mary’s University named as additionally insured for $1 million), signed contract and required deposit OR full payment

2. The Mount provides:

• Map (includes parking)
• Utilities include:
  • Restroom – Porta pots or building (determined the day of event) 
  • No ice or cooler provided

3. Cancellation Policy: 

• The University reserves the right to cancel the rental group based on:
  • Failure to follow the following: No metal spikes allowed. Turf or molded cleats ONLY.
  • Weather - Power outages
  • Federal and/or State directives (Covid Protocol)

4. If any damage is done above and beyond normal wear and tear, the user group is responsible.

5. Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled due to field conditions and/or weather considerations.
